High Accuracy Simulations

The benefits of simulation are well established and the use of simulators is even specified in many codes of practice and standards. But designers and operators need to be confident that the simulator that is being used on their system is accurate and reliable.

We demonstrate this by comparing the output from our simulators with real life, measured, values. We call this validation and a few validations are shown on the graphs on this page.

But it is also worth understanding that not all simulators are the same and some are not suitable for some applications.  One example of this is many dynamic simulators do not accurately analyse surge pressures. This can be a complex topic, but it is essential that simulation programs and staff are suitable for the planned tasks and have provable experience and validity.

We hope that these graphs are allowing you to become more confident of the accuracy of our simulations. Our experience is available on request and a summary is given on our client list page which shows the depth of experience that we can contribute to your projects.
